I want you to know that for my 90 years plus of life, while in New York for 60 of those years and 30 in Florida I have had experiences with many doctors, from family doctors to heart surgeons. You are the best primary care physician I’ve ever been lucky enough to have. Quick to analyze and treat a medical problem, you are an authoritative professional with damned good bedside manners! Plus you run a tight ship! I can recall waiting a half hour to an hour in a waiting room to see many doctors for an established appointment. It is rare to find a professional like yourself who doesn’t keep a patient waiting longer than 5 minutes. I greatly respect talent and professionalism. As a career designer I’ve created things from tic-tac mints and the Morton salt umbrella, girl and the baseball logos, to working with 3 US presidents on their presidential libraries. Dr Shahla is very prompt and a good listener who seems to have an extraordinary gift for getting to the root cause and finding a suitable solution for difficult medical issues. Though I was new in town, I was able to get an appt within a week, and was evaluated and successfully treated within a few weeks... after 7 months of getting no answers or help from 5 different doctors. A doctor’s Doctor! As a physician I have a wealth of knowledge in being able to choose a doctor for myself. Choosing Doctor Shahla was easy after meeting him. His is no nonsense and smart. He listens to you and speaks to you and not at you. He gives you the proper time when accessing you and you don’t feel rushed in or out. Punctual and accommodating to all patients.

Love Dr. Shahla, He saved my life in 2005, and over the years has taking care of me through two additional medical issues. My teenage daughter goes to him as well. He will always be our family doctor. He explains things to us in great detail, he takes his time. There is never a wait and for emergency appointments he is always able to accept.
